A Baseline Condition Report answers that question before it’s ever asked. At Vanguard Property Intelligence, we create a clear, time-stamped record of your property’s condition through structured, on-site documentation. That includes the condition of your home, visible wear or damage, and the details that matter when a claim is reviewed. We can also document personal property and valuables as part of the process, giving you a complete and reliable snapshot of what existed before any event.


You receive a copy of your report for your records, and we securely retain a copy for up to 12 months from the effective date for future retrieval if needed. This is about more than documentation—it’s about having proof when it counts. Without a baseline, you’re left answering questions. With one, you’re providing answers.
